DropMate provides a 2-step fulfillment service including sourcing, repacking, and shipping products on behalf of our clients. By engaging our service, clients acknowledge that DropMate operates solely as a 3PL and not as a direct seller of the end product.
All transactions processed through DropMate are final. Once services are rendered and invoices are paid, no refunds, returns, or cancellations are permitted. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order and service details prior to payment.
By using our service and paying an invoice, the client waives any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their card issuer or payment processor. Any issues must be resolved directly with DropMate, and clients agree to provide pre-purchase confirmations in writing.
All invoices must be paid in full prior to fulfillment. We do not process customer cards directly. Payments must be made through secure third-party platforms such as Stripe.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, item details, and preferences. DropMate is not liable for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
